PROJECTS

The Projects and Programs below are mere examples of what HEART aims to achieve in and for our Vulnerable Community. There is scope for many more, high impact, practical, sustainable Socio-economic relief in our Communities. The only thing holding us back, is the availability of funds and resources.

Through the assistance and support of the Public, Schools, Churches, Clubs and Businesses, we will, in time, be able to fulfill our Mission of a completely integrated Community which cares for itself through Projects which restores full Dignity to our Children, Elderly, Disabled Persons, Sick and frail, whilst incorporating Earning Opportunities for the Willing and Able through Skills Development, both accredited and Informal as to be fully inclusive, taking in mind our Region's illiteracy statistics.

HEART's Skills Development for Earning Opportunity creation within Community Service, is based on the principal that there are many hands which can do the work to do home based care, child care, cleaning and beautifying, fire prevention, community safety and security, crime prevention intervention initiatives and much more. These Willing and Able hands need to be able to earn a Living for themselves and their families, and following through with initiatives and Programs which does just this, our Community can take care of our Community.

We invite Partners, Individual or Corporate, to Support the below Projects in aid of our most Vulnerable, but also to make contact with us to make Earning Opportunities through Community Service Skills Development, a reality.

BLUSH

Hundreds of local, underprivileged Teen Girls face the embarrassment of not being able to attend school due to Menstruation.

BLUSH aims to provide these Teen Girls with Sanitary Pads on a regular basis to empower them to be able to attend school, earn better marks, improve our school pass-rates so that these Women of Tomorrow, can have a fighting chance at building a better future for themselves, which will impact positively on the Community as a whole.
