HEART is also100% compliant with the Non Profit Organizations Act of the Republic of South Africa and we prescribe to the Department of Social Development's Codes of Good Practice for Non-Profit Organizations

HEART is currently busy with the application process for Public Benefit Organization Status with SARS, which will enable us to issue Section 18A Tax Certificates to Individual and Corporate Donors.
